Have you heard of El Cosmico? Well, this isn’t that, but I’m trying to build a cool minimalist living community in East Austin & I need help. I currently have a 9 unit RV park and I’m looking to expand to 13 Units. I need help managing the property, some light housekeeping, light yard work and minor repairs and upkeep. I’m trying to improve the property by 1% every week. Help me build something worth talking about.

Duties:

Managing monthly rentals

Showing units to prospective tenants

Using property management app “RentRedi”

Manage housekeeper & appointments

Light housekeeping and unit flips

Light maintenance & lawn care

RV washing

Property improvement

Inventory management

Flexible Schedule

10 hours a week to start. Choose your own hours. Hours could increase in the future.

Salary:

$20/Hour to start (more paid for advanced skills) goes towards rent. Any surplus paid cash. Additional Commission paid for new tenant leases.

Requirements:

You must be a fun, positive person. You are accountable, reliable & honest. Good communication, both written & verbal. You are a good learner. You don’t mind getting your hands dirty: housekeeping, painting, gardening, home improvement etc.

You’ll have plenty of time for your other activities and another job. There will be a 2 week paid tryout before any permanent offers are made.
